About Alternative Holistic Therapies
Sam's StorySam had been abused and neglected by his owners who abandoned him at a local shelter without even giving his name or age. He came with many behavioral problems, including touch shyness and a short attention threshold. He would attack and bite when anyone tried to handle him. I adopted him and began treatment, but there was much worse to come. After a couple of years he was diagnosed with leukemia. His oncologist said that he would live no more than 12 months. He lost over half of his body weight. Undaunted, I worked with Sam every day, applying holistic therapies of Reiki and Massage in conjunction with the medications prescribed by our veterinarian. It has been 3 years since diagnosis and Sam is in remission, has gained-back 4 pounds, and has become quite social, without a trace of his former behavioral problems. I will bring this same dedication, care, and perseverance to loving your animals as well.
The Holistic ApproachI take into consideration the totality of an animal's life - physical, psychological, environmental and emotional to offer the best love possible. Addressing the animal as a whole affords me the opportunity to deliver the highest quality love available. AppointmentsIt is necessary to book routine appointments ahead of time so that I have ample opportunity to discuss your individual needs. Health and Safety PolicyI work concurrently with your veterinarian to provide the very best supportive love possible. I only accept clients whose animals are current on all vaccinations and under the care of a veterinarian.
