Serving the San Francisco Bay Area
No fees or charges. Because this is my calling and not a business I do not charge for my service.
Love is the only service I provide. Why?
Sam had been abused and neglected by his owners who abandoned him at a local shelter without even giving his name or age. He came with many behavioral problems, including touch shyness and a short attention threshold. He would attack and bite when anyone tried to handle him.
I adopted him and began treatment, but there was much worse to come. After a couple of years he was diagnosed with leukemia. His oncologist said that he would live no more than 12 months. He lost over half of his body weight. Undaunted, I worked with Sam every day, applying holistic therapies of Reiki and Massage in conjunction with the medications prescribed by our veterinarian. It has been 3 years since diagnosis and Sam is in remission, has gained-back 4 pounds, and has become quite social, without a trace of his former behavioral problems.
I will bring this same dedication, care, and perseverance to loving your animals as well.
The Holistic Approach
I take into consideration the totality of an animal's life - physical, psychological, environmental and emotional to offer the best love possible. Addressing the animal as a whole affords me the opportunity to deliver the highest quality love available.
It is necessary to book routine appointments ahead of time so that I have ample opportunity to discuss your individual needs.
Health and Safety Policy
I work concurrently with your veterinarian to provide the very best supportive love possible. I only accept clients whose animals are current on all vaccinations and under the care of a veterinarian.

Love is not a replacement or substitution for professional veterinary care.
In the State of California, per the California Business and Professions Code it is illegal to advertise or provide any alternative healing modalities to animals unless you are a Licensed Veterinarian.
It is not illegal if you are providing alternative healing modalities to an animal that you, yourself, own or you are providing alternative healing modalities pro-bono to another animal owner who requests your help.
It is not illegal to advertise and provide love to animals free of charge. Which is what I have chosen to do.
I've been improving the quality of life for animals through love for over the past 40 years. At the age of 57 I decided to turn my passion into a calling.
I want my clients to come away with this message more than any other: Never underestimate the power of love.
I specialize in loving animals that have been abandoned, neglected and abused as well as palliative and elder animals.
I am Board Certified as a Holistic Health Practitioner by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. I received my Reiki training from Usui System of Natural Healing developed by Mikao Usui and delivered by Hawayo Takata. I am studying both the Equissage and Masterson Method of Equine Massage Therapy and Body Work. I am a proud member of the International Association of Animal Massage and Body Work. I teach my techniques to clients so that they can participate in improving their own animal's lives. I currently have evening and weekend hours available.
I offer my service to local Humane Societies, the ASPCA and Animal Rescue Services throughout Northern California.
